In this post, I will be sharing a client case study that we recently uploaded to YouTube. The client in question runs a foundation repair business in Oklahoma. I will be demonstrating how we were able to generate 43 high-quality leads for foundation repair through Google Ads within the first 30 days of our campaign.
Over the past month, we successfully generated 43 leads for $162 each. Our conversion rate was almost 20%, meaning that one lead was generated for every five clicks on an ad.
Let’s analyze the types of leads we received and how they reached us. We received a total of 21 leads through the lead form. This form is designed to gather significant information such as the first name, last name, email, phone number, and any additional details the client may want to provide. Additionally, we received 14 calls directly from the call tracking phone number on the landing page, and the remaining 9 leads came through the call extension on the ad itself.
Our ad group for foundation repair performed exceptionally well and generated 30 leads at an average cost of $156 per lead with a conversion rate of over 20%. It is worth noting that the click-through rate of this ad group is also above the industry average at 4.32%. However, we can further scale this campaign as the impression share suggests that there is still room for improvement.
The focus of this campaign is primarily on foundation repair, but we have also been successful in generating opportunities for some related services. For example, the ad group that targets “house leveling” is performing well and bringing in high-quality leads at a low cost. The added benefit is that there does not seem to be much competition for this keyword.
Although campaigns like this may seem easy, they only appear simple due to extensive experience. Having managed many Google Ad campaigns for foundation repair, we have gained knowledge of what strategies work and what doesn’t. For instance, we use only phrase and exact match keywords to obtain the best outcomes.
This client, who is in the foundation repair business, was spending a little over $300 per day or around $10,000 per month on Google Ads.
